Florie G. Kuperman, R. N., the owner and administrator, is an experienced registered nurse who has worked extensively with the elderly. She has more than 16 years experience as a registered nurse, she has worked in a variety of elder care settings, including skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation and acute hospitals and has served as a case manager for a home health care agency. For the past 10 years she has successfully managed and operated our care facilities, and is a highly respected member of the elder care community. David Kuperman, the owner and co-administrator, has had over 14 years of experience working as a teacher with special needs children. He has developed an array of skills and knowledge in positive behavioral management strategies. Our team members are among the most experienced in the industry. It would be our pleasure to put our extensive experience to work for you. Roseleaf Senior Care and Roseleaf Care Home have been serving our senior population and their families these past years, and we are proud to say that we have gained a reputation of having two of the finest elder care facilities in the greater Chico area and it's surrounding communities.
